Mali: mandats d’arrêt contre des chefs de groupes armés  10/02/2013

Des mandats d'arrêt ont été lancés contre les chefs d'Ansar Dine et du Mujao, mais aussi contre des narcotrafiquants et des rebelles du MNLA. Le parquet a précisé les faits qui leur sont reprochés: 17 chefs d'accusation au total. Bamako ne fait aucune distinction entre les islamistes auteurs de l'offensive militaire sur le sud du pays, et le MNLA, qui souhaite négocier avec les autorités maliennes...
