L'Unasur rejette "la présence des forces étrangères" en Amérique du Sud 29/08/2009
L'Union des nations sud-américaines (Unasur) a rejeté vendredi "la présence des forces étrangères" dans la région, à l'issue d'un sommet extraordinaire clos à Bariloche, en Argentine.
"La présence de forces militaires étrangères ne peut (...) menacer la souveraineté et l'intégrité d'un pays sud-américain et en conséquence la paix et la sécurité de la région", ont souligné les présidents de l'Amérique du Sud dans une déclaration finale publiée à l'issue du sommet de Bariloche. "Les accords de coopérations militaires doivent être gérés avec les respect sans conditions des principes, des buts de la Charte de l'ONU (Organisation des Nations Unies) et des principes fondamentales du Traité constitutif de l'Unasur", ont indiqué les présidents de l'Amérique du Sud...
